PLN #3

I believe the theme of The Most Dangerous Game is to put yourself in the shoes of the prey. I believe this because that is what happens in this story." Your brain against mine. Your woodcraft against mine. Your strength and stamina against mine. Outdoor chess! And the stake is not without value, eh?" This is the point where the general tells Rainsford he will hunt him. Rainsford is hunted throughout this story. “But I shall be back. I shall be back." This is where Rainsford hurts his predator but he tells him he will come back for him once he is healed up. I believe the author is telling the reader to not hunt untill you are hunted."I am still a beast at bay," At this point Rainsford and the general are equal and now will fight to the death

PLN 2

In the autobiography "Will Smith" He is a great example of someone that is good but sometimes does bad things. Like when he was a senior in high school he was becoming famous for his hip hop career and his grades started dropping. His parents told him that if he didn't shape up he would have to drop the rapping career. Sometimes good people do bad things in the world but they make up for it which is what makes them a good person

PLN 1

I am really connecting this book because it is a biography about an actor/artist who I grew up watching and listening to. My book is a biography about Will Smith. I can connect to his life a lot. Like the relationship him and his sister have is similar to the relationship me and my brother have. Him and his sister are very close and she is protectant over him. My brother and I are very close and he protectant over me. He also used to make people laugh at school all the time. I also make people laugh at school all the time. Will Smith and myself are very similar and I never would have known if I wouldn't have picked up this book
